Business Analyst of the President and CFO
Beverly Hills, CA

B & H Education, Inc. is an exciting, fast-paced company focused on the high growth sector of
private, postsecondary education. The company owns and operates 19 nationally accredited
schools throughout Southern California and Nevada. We are seeking a high-energy, polished
business professional to support the President and CFO of the Company with day-to-day project,
modeling, operational and analyses needs. The position provides a very unique opportunity for a
bright individual who is looking to grow in his/her business career and possibly make a move
from an accounting/finance role to a more operations-focused role. This position will have
high visibility and will report directly to the President and CFO. 

Primary Responsibilities:
•Capable of all aspects of financial analysis including advanced financial modeling,
profitability analysis, return on investment/discounted cash flow analysis, monitoring
business issues and impact to bottom line.
•Oversee projects and implement them successfully.
•Understand all aspects of financial analysis including advanced financial modeling,
profitability analysis, monitoring major business issues and impact to bottom line.
•Perform various analytical functions, including analyzing proposed introduction of new
programs, facilities acquisition, etc. and provide actionable insights.
•Research industry trends, competitors, etc.
•Assist in preparing Board, lender and internal management reporting packages, including
analytical review and graphs.
•Attend key meetings, both internal and external, which the President or CFO cannot attend and
report findings from the meetings.
•Other special projects.

•Impeccable ethical standards.
•Bachelor’s Degree in business or other related area.
•At least 3 years business experience, with a focus in Finance or Accounting a major plus.
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with strong project management skills and
an entrepreneurial, self-motivated attitude.
•Excellent computer skills including Excel, Access, Word, Power Point and financial software
packages as needed. Experience with Great Plains accounting software a major plus.
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated teamwork skills.
•Ability to function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment.
