We are in search of Oracle business system analyst expertise in the logistics modules to join
our government and industrial division logistics team.
The successful candidate will perform Oracle logistics systems analysis, logistics business
and customer support as part of a growing, cutting edge logistics team to design and execute
product support, customer support and training for hardware/software maintenance and a spares
supply chain support for state of the art small and mid-sized mobile robotic vehicles and
their integrated applications or components. The company is dedicated to creating and
supporting realistic robotic solutions to real-world problems. Its robots are not far-flung,

answer users' needs with creative engineering and design. We build, deliver and support our

You will be part of a young industry supporting government, military and industrial clients
for the current generation of advanced small mobile robotics in use around the world. You will
be part of the team that will imagine, develop the concepts, strategies, best practices and
establish the standards of support for an emerging robotics systems industry that will have
widespread application and exponential growth. You will work with the leading engineers,
scientists and industry leaders in the robotics field. You shall participate in the
implementation and design of detailed enterprise resource planning and business systems to
support logistics concepts, logistics network design, product lifecycle support and training
for our growing product line.
The incumbent will be able to use Oracle tools to understand, predict, and enhance logistics
business processes. You will be responsible for implementation of a variety of Oracle modules
and coordinate with Corporate IT and other business areas on integration and business process
improvement. You will produce or assist others in producing reports, assembling data,
analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations which support the
management of company and client/customer logistics. You will gather and interpret relevant
data (costs, productivity, demand patterns, etc.) and develop best practices to provide
information to management or customers through web-enabled applications:
Facilitate and actively participate in implementing and operating new modules, including
requirements gathering and analysis, testing, implementation and adaptation to evolving
Perform Production support activities for Oracle 11i Application.
Perform systems analysis and application configuration on the Oracle ERP application.
Focus on implementation, growing and supporting, installbase, depot repair, inventory and
service request modules; may implement contracts module
Support users and help to troubleshoot application issues and develop creative solutions to
support logistics needs.
Develop appropriate systems and user documentation to support use of applications by third
parties and customers.
Design and operate processes to establish and continually improve financial practices and
Skills / Experience:
Hands on experience with operating and minor configuring or re-configuring Oracle applications
2 to 5 years experience in Oracle Applications with significant exposure to version 11i as a
Depot repair / service module user or support person.
Strong requirements analysis skills, with business knowledge in Oracle application modules
Good command of English writing skills with ability to develop clear end user documentation;
effective oral presentation skills
Ability to work as part of a agile fast paced team in a demanding customer support
environment, yet work independently on complex problems
Experience in the following modules: Order Management, Inventory Control, and Purchasing.
Ability to learn Hyperion fundamentals for budget analysis.
Project support / assistant project management experience
Experience with Oracle Workflow, Oracle self service and Oracle Service modules
Experience in a Government Contracts Company and/or Consumer Products Company
Experience in a company with multiple external business partners.
Experience working in a small company filling multiple roles.
Undergraduate Business or business related degree
