Our client in Rye Brook, NY is looking for a Sr Business Analyst for the Logistics Execution
area. This is a Right to Hire opportunity. Candidates MUST be US Citizen or Green Card
As part of the Americas IT organization, the incumbent in this position will provide business
process and SAP system expertise in the Logistics Execution area. This person will be a
primary point of contact for the business and as such must possess excellent client service
capabilities. There are various SAP systems in use in the America's region and interaction
with any or all can be expected via support or project roles.
Hands-on configuration experience in major SAP implementations, preferably of a global nature,
Essential Functions: · Provide excellent day-to-day support to the business in the Logistics
Execution (LE) area. As a business analyst, be able to work side-by-side with the business to
understand their requirements and identify the technical options. Must possess ability to
understand varying business requirements and identify the correct technical solution.
· As needed, apply technical skills to advance necessary tasks, be they project or support
based. Ensure business requirements are met by working side by side with the business and IT
colleagues through analysis, design, testing and promote to production process.
. This will include hands-on configuration if needed.
· Apply best practice expertise to advance use of standard SAP as much as possible.
· Test and document recommended solutions to ARIC specifications.
· Complete knowledge transfer to ARIC colleagues and/or business as needed. Complete in
uniform, clearly documented manner.
Participation in at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations. Major project implementation
experience, strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
Strong understanding of SAP LE functionality and integration points, including solid SAP
configuration experience. Previous experience with implementation or support of Warehouse
Management (WM) utilizing Handling Unit Managment (HUM) is required.
Radio Frequency (RF) touch points experience a strong plus.
Must possess thorough understanding of the integration points and impacts to surrounding
business processes and SAP modules.
Strong leadership and client service capabilities with a passion to partner with multiple
businesses in a service provider environment.
Must be able to succeed in an environment of change.
Strong process and organizational skills in order to develop the internal IT team's processes
as well as provide input to the overall LE offering within the company.
Ability to develop strong working relationships in a dynamic team environment. This involves
both business and IT resources. The ability to work independently and be an effective
contributor in a diversified team. Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
