The AICPA is the premier national professional organization representing CPAs, the accounting
profession and the financial community. We currently have a
contract assignment available for 8-10 months for an Oracle Business Analyst responsible for
gathering and documenting business requirements and processes related to the Oracle E-Business
Suite 11i Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functioning including but not limited to the
following modules: Oracle i-Payment, Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle Sales Online, Oracle
Field Sales, Quoting, TCA, Order Management, Fulfillment, Advanced Pricing, and Marketing
Requires an understanding of CRM business processes and industry best practices and a minimum
of 1 year experience with Oracle Service Contracts. Self-directed professional with strong
project management and organizational skills.
Must have good prioritization skills and demonstrate analytical acumen. Exceptional written
and verbal communications skills. Must have a client serving approach and be able to help
clients work through their business process issues and arrive at best practices solutions.
Bachelorís degree and proficiency with Microsoft products required.
