seeking an Executive Director of Marketing that can take us to the next level. Critical member
of the Executive Strategy Team. This person will plan and implement marketing and product
development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by
performing numerous duties personally or through subordinates. Critical member of the
Executive Strategy Team. Other duties are as followed:
Developing marketing plans and strategies based on target market, competitive positioning, and
Recommending marketing mix, including advertising, promotions and public relations.
Establishing company’s public image, including brand image and brand equity.
Establishing and monitoring lead generation through market analysis and tracking program
Recommending product/service enhancements and/or new products; interacting with R&D and new
product development to assess feasibility.
Assisting Sales and Customer Service in establishing targets, training and product manuals.
· Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet
changing market and competitive conditions.
· Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive
· Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships
and negotiating and closing deals.
· Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Hiring, training, managing and evaluating marketing staff.
Must have at least 5-years in a marketing role with management experience and the ability to
mentor and motivate a team.
Strong understanding of on-line and emailing marketing.

Advertising - creative strategy, copy, production, etc.
Direct Marketing – especially in self improvement arena
Telemarketing methodologies and marketing strategies
Branding - Experience Based Branding
Customer base management
E-business – client acquisition, drip strategies, tracking
Public relations, media relations, communications
Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred with a minimum of ten years
significant related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities. This is a great
