Job Description:
GC Services L.P., a national Accounts Receivable and Call Center Management Company with more
than 9,000 in 25+ locations has an outstanding opportunity for a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst
in our Houston, Texas Headquarters.

The Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for testing internally developed
software and integrated products as a a key member of the Information Technology Team, will
work closely with the company's Development, Operations and Technical Support team members. 

This individual will assist in the company's QA testing strategy, which includes the writing
and maintenance of automated testing software and procedures where appropriate as well as
develop testing paradigms and procedures that will be used in both development and production
environments. 

Additionally, the Sr. QA Analyst will develop, publish, and implement product test plans,
processes, and manage the bug tracking process and associated databases. Analyst may hold
staff and customer training classes, as well as, lead and direct others in testing. Building
and maintaining test servers and associated databases in a Windows server environment is
required. Will also serve as a mentor to the QA analyst for test case development to end
users.

To qualify as Sr. QA Analyst, applicants must have the following:

•College degree in Computer Science, Management Information, or equivalent; may substitute
work experience
•Minimum of five (5) years of software QA experience with a thorough understanding of the
development life cycle. 
•Experience in Windows NT/2000.
•Demonstrated ability in testing Web and client/server applications
•Understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, and other communication protocol.
•Technically proficient in multiple areas.
•PeopleSoft Financials, HR and Portal testing (preferably Latest Version PS 8)
•Dialer/Telecomm testing (any SER Products)
•Testing in .Net environments
•WinRunner or other automated tools utilized with PeopleSoft
•SQL & Universe databases
•Mercury, etc. CM and QA tools
