We are currently looking for an eBusiness Producer II for our eMarkets Development Department
in Los Angeles.
eBusiness Producer II
Responsibilities include: Definition, planning and delivery of web based products and services
for the Bank's business customers. Producers are expected to be effective leaders through the
creation of teams and motivating those teams to deliver on their respective responsibilities.
Provide guidance and leadership in developing the vision through implementation. Ensure that
each initiative supports the bank's Internet strategy in terms of technology and
customer-centric approach to high quality, premium customer experience and self-service.
Deliver on time and on budget. Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time. Develop,
implement and manage all projects throughout the project lifecycle including requirements,
definition, design, development, testing and pilot phases. Create, update, and manage the
projects using the Bank's Project Methodology (EPM.) Lead the matrix management between
Business Unit Managers, Product Mangers, Customer Service Groups, Fulfillment and STG groups.
Assist with the development of concept memos and business cases (including acknowledgement of
proposed benefits). Adhere to security and user interface standards.
Requirements include: Minimum 5-10 years in project and/or Product Management and development
roles. Experience with Cash Management products, commercial and/or small business market
segments. Previous Internet delivery experience. Excellent verbal, written and matrix
management skills. Must have strong reasoning, interpersonal, analytical and organizational
skills. PC literate.
Preferred Skills Include: College degree. Management of project and product staff a plus.
