the business since 1892. Currently we are seeking for an Assistant Manager to join our Credit
& Collections Department.
Assistant Manager of Credit Department will responsible for managing all aspects of the credit
process. The selected individual will possess excellent communication and management skills.
Responsibilities include managing a small staff of credit analysts
Responsible for credit management process, including the evaluation and determination of
credit worthiness for the designated client portfolios of all Credit Analysts. The selected
individual will be able to analyze risk, provides guidance on appropriate course within the
framework of our credit policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include managing
the credit process, assisting in the maintenance of credit levels on all customer accounts.
Perform credit evaluation reporting on all new and existing customers to ensure poor paying
customers do not gain or lose their credit privileges. Work closely with service operations
management in coordinating the proper course of action for "high risk" accounts and credit
holds. Reviewing the write off report with management and collection staff to evaluate proper
•Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent work
experience is preferred.
•5+ years of credit management and/or portfolio management experience is preferred.
•5+ years of previous supervisory experience.
•Superior analytical and decision-making skills based on risk assessments
•Proficient knowledge of standard office equipment, PC skills, and Microsoft products
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Outstanding leadership and customer service skills
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1.AR - several years of experience in the field
2.Discipline - requires limited supervision to complete work
3.Computer literacy - knowledgeable of basic software
4.Analytical Skills - strong ability to resolve discrepancies and understanding of our billing
