innovative, clinically-based, cost-effective pharmacy solutions for clients and members.
Our corporate office in St. Paul, MN has an opportunity for a take-charge professional to be
responsible for the delivery of pharmacy management services and solutions to existing Prime
Therapeutics’ customers as the primary contact for a specific activities or core clients in
the support of a health-plan client. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining
relationships with client contacts, assigned operations divisions and Prime Therapeutics’ team
members to enhance partnership, and ensure delivery of exceptional service.
Ensuring clients’ needs are met through proactively managing execution of the clients’
pharmacy plan. Responding to client needs and managing service delivery, and making
recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identifying and supporting efforts of the Prime functional areas in delivery of client
services and to maximize process improvement.
Identifying and participating in up-sell opportunities of new products and services.
Coordination of the implementation and set-up of new accounts or the addition of ancillary
Coordinating the reporting and required analysis to measure client plan performance.
Delivering information, providing program consultation, and making recommendations to improve
Providing education and consultation to customers, consultants and agents of product offerings
and Prime Therapeutics.
Supporting the negotiation of the clients’ contract. Responsible for contract compliance of
specific activities or client account(s).
Bachelor’s degree and significant work experience in healthcare industry.
3-4 years of account management or pharmacy management experience.
Well-developed organizational, analytical, interpretative and time management skills.
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication and client presentation skills.
Solid business judgment, interpersonal skills and sales support experience.
Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel.
