Job Description:
TPA with national accounts seeks VP of Operations. Will be responsible for overall achievement
of efficiency, production and labor objectives as well as forecasting and supervision. Must
have experience in balance forward environment, hands-on management experience, knowledge of
investment/alliance relationships and demonstrated budgetary and leadership abilities. Must be
current with IRS, ERISA and DOL regulations and fluent in Microsoft applications. Must have
BA/BS degree in Business or related field and have ability to travel 2-3 days monthly.
Previous experience in a TPA environment and knowledge of Datair preferred.
