Sales Managers for our Highway Technology Division, Southwest Region. The Region, which
encompasses a multitude of Districts and Branches throughout the Southwest United States, is
seeking aggressive and assertive District Sales Managers who will focus the efforts of Sales
Reps assigned to multiple branches within the assigned District territory. 
Job Description:
Reporting to the District Manager and in coordination with the Branch Managers, the DSM will
motivate and assist Sales Reps to achieve their revenue and operating income goals for all
lines of business, strategize and execute methods to increase market share and expand existing
business, train Sales Reps in order to improve their skillset and performance, and coordinate
branch sales activities within the assigned District. DSMs will also assist Branch and
District Managers in sales blitzes and initiate other customer-focused events to improve
business relationships and drive sales, with a focus on the construction, industrial,
manufacturing, and electrical markets, and other untapped markets. The primary objective of
the DSM is to assist Sales Representatives in proactively increasing equipment rental and
sales revenue and profitability for the branches and the District. 
The selected candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of successful outside sales and customer
service experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment, with 3 years in a supervisory or sales
management capacity, plus strong leadership, negotiation, presentation and communication
skills. The candidate should also be willing to travel within the assigned District, and must
be persistent, energetic and entrepreneurial. Prior experience in the construction, equipment
or rental industry is preferred, with a familiarity with Dodge reports and other construction
information tools. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. United
