Develop sales for home pest control products manufacturer (i.e. mouse baits, ant baits, etc) in
the retail and commercial markets. Experience and people skills required. Based in
Wellington, will be assigned a territory in the US and will be responsible for planning and
travel and establishing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts. Travel requirements
will be a minimum of 1-2 weeks per month. Job will target distributors and retailers in lawn
and garden, hardware, farm, grocery store, and exterminator markets.
A commission rate of 10% of gross sales will be given for the first year after establishing
each new account. A 5% commission will be paid on sales to maintenance accounts within the
territory. Travel, lodging, and per diem will be provided by the company.
A 90-probationary period is required and performance will be evaluated based on people skills,
