The Administrative Manager will oversee the operation, and staff in the following departments:
customer service, credit/collections, human resources, marketing, billing, mail room, and
reception. The VP of Administration will also be responsible for establishing standards and
procedures, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and
initiating corrective actions.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 15 years of administrative experience, including 5
years experience at the administrative manager level. Candidates must be pro-active, energetic,
bright, poised and have excellent management skills.
