An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic outgoing Customer Service Representative to provide
technical support and services directly to our dealer network. Duties include handling customer
inquiries, processing orders, order tracking and expediting, documentation of customer contact
and product feedback, troubleshooting Adaptive hardware and software, and processing returns
and necessary paperwork.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced Call Center environment, experience
solving technical issues is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess an Associates Degree, 2-3
years of Customer Service experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive
professional attitude. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required. Must be PC literate with
an emphasis on MS Office software and on-line communications.
