High end catering business in Park City, Utah seeks Chef de cuisine.
***Requirements; must have professional manner, great presentation skills, eye for detail,
comfortable with placing (and checking) orders and be able to over see and delegate when jobs
need to be executed. MUST WORK CLEAN.
Most jobs will consists of preparation in the production kitchen. The parties/dinners/events
will be off site with full ongoing contact with the client. Each job will differ. Some will
have numerous chefs/servers and others will be very intimate.
Hours and days are somewhat sparatic. The winter season will be demanding with limited time
off in Dec. and January.
