Executive Chef:

Guest and Client satisfaction are the primary goals of daily activities. Unidine endeavors to
be the best provider of dining services for the healthcare and senior care industries. This
person will be a part of training and directing all Team Members towards achieving the two
primary goals above through consistently high performance levels that meet and exceed resident
and client expectations. 

Responsibilities:

Ensuring excellent levels of service and product quality as well as resident and client
satisfaction
Ability to prepare large quantities of food, following standardized recipes, within required
production schedule and sanitation standards
Has knowledge of basic concepts of nutrition and diet management for regular, texture modified
and therapeutic diets
Works With and Utilizes Corporate and Clinical Support Staff
Thorough understanding of safety and sanitation standards
 

Qualifications:

2-3 years related of high volume production experience
BS/BA in Food Science, Nutrition or Culinary Arts is highly desirable OR AA/AS degree PLUS
completion of the Certified Dietetic Manager program (or state equivalent)
Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered as well.
Previous experience in a hospital or health care environment required
MUST have hands-on culinary skills in a chef capacity
Experience managing and training a diverse team
Ability to maintain relations with other client departments and clinical services
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) 
Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to details!!

Compensation is commensurate with skill, knowledge and experience level. Unidine offers a
