Job Description:
Amdocs, a 1.5 billion dollar global leader in software solutions for the communications and
service providers industry, is currently seeking an experienced Bill Formatter Sr. SME in
Dallas, TX.



Major Responsibilities:



Supporting Billing Tier 1 (customer)

Supporting QA testers (customer)

Providing fixes and workarounds

Answering customer queries

Communicating with developers.

Maintaining CMM standards.

Other OGS team activities.



Qualifications:



Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent.

Experience: 2 – 4 years of hands on experience in Ensemble with expertise in Bill Formatter

Ensemble billing experience preferred.

Must be Expert in Bill Formatter

OGS Experience  

Languages:  BF  GUI, C/UNIX, XML, Scripiting in Shell, SQL

 Strong customer facing skills

Establish good working and personal relationship with the customer

Be a team player 

Prioritize reasonably 

Communicate effectively within the team

Confident, resourceful, motivated, takes initiative 

Strong sense of responsibility 

Ability to multi-task

Learn and apply new material 

Resolve complex problems
