McGuireWoods LLP is looking for an experienced Paralegal in our Financial Services - Banking
department.  

 

Duties:
Will perform transactional legal work under the supervision of our banking and bond counsel
attorneys in Financial Services practice area.  Preparation of moderately complex legal
documents; information and document management; real estate title insurance and survey review;
preparation of closing binders; and other tasks related to real estate transactions.

 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years paralegal experience; superior
organizational and analytical skills; exceptional written and oral communicaiton skills; and
experience with real estate secured financing transactions.  Strong PC skills are essential. 
Must be a team player and willing to work overtime when necessary.
