Petters Consumer Brands is seeking a self-motivated individual responsible for assisting in the
development, and ultimate management, of the Product Service program(s) for Petters Consumer
Brands. Primary responsibilities include:
• Develop and maintain the service program to assure proper tracking, accounting, analysis,
and reporting of all product services, including in/out of warranty repairs and replacements.
• Develop, manage, and maintain professional working relationships with third party service
providers. Assure each provider is familiar with Petters service requirements and processes,
and delivers services as agreed.
• Actively participate in service contract negotiations with distribution channels and third
• Develop and analyze key performance metrics for all product service channels to maximize
effectiveness of “after-sale” operations.
The successful candidate will have a BS/BA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting,
Logistics, or equivalent experience. Prior management experience in services preferred, with
proven skills in negotiations, project management and financial analysis. Consumer Electronics
service experience is preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in tactical/strategic planning,
resource allocation, human resources, and coordination of people/resources.
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the alternative solutions, conclusions or
approaches to problems, and develop and analyze actionable performance metrics.
