JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The Performance Measurement Analyst II is responsible for creating, coordinating and
delivering accurate and timely performance measurement products; analyzing monthly performance
results to ensure time-sensitive, high-quality reporting; and effectively assisting
internal/external clients in the use of performance data and products. 


Essential Job Responsibilities:

Accountable for the timeliness and accuracy of generated products based on client committed
deadlines for accounts in the basic to intermediate complexity range.
Analyze, research and resolve performance return and analytic problems to produce client
deliverables.
Self directed to manage workload and project team assignments to meet department objectives.
Provide quality service to internal and external clients related to performance products.
Participate on project teams to support department and company initiatives, including UAT.
Proactively identify and pursue one's own training needs. Assist in training documentation and
participate in various training team initiatives at a department level.
Participate, lead and implement enhancements to our products/processes that lead to efficiency
gains at a department level.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education
and experience 
Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong ability to problem solve and perform research effectively
Must be able to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment 
Ability to be flexible, respond efficiently to clients, set priorities and meet deadlines
under pressure
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Office environment and programs such as Excel and Word
Preference will be given to candidates who have performance analysis, investment accounting or
investment support experience
