Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager / Manager

Responsible for leading overall definition, design, planning, organization, implementation,
and management of global Registry programs in support of commercial, clinical, and regulatory
goals. Duties will focus on leading the design, implementation, and growth of a global
registry in a novel disease area. Using project management skills, leads international,
multifunctional team to ensure projects are managed effectively to meet stated objectives. 
Defines the objectives and conceptual design of the project.  Identifies appropriate internal
and external resources necessary for project implementation  Manages the implementation of
project among the Registry team members.  Supervises the ongoing management of the project;
tracks budget, develops and manages Registry project plans.  Coordinates the delivery of
project analyses and reports and other communications. * Represents Global Registry Programs
on other marketing teams as appropriate. Interfaces and communicates with all those involved
in projects, including Sales/Marketing, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Legal,
project advisors, vendors, and Investigators and Health Care Advocates. Job
Qualifications/Responsibilities/Education:  BS/BA in a health-related or biological field;
advanced degree (MS, MPH, MBA) helpful but not mandatory  10 years experience in
Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry  5-7 years Project Management experience *
Sales/Marketing, Medical Liaison, or Clinical Research experience helpful  Registry or Phase
IV studies experience  Understanding of the clinical development and product
commercialization processes Required Skills:  Leadership with team building ethic  Goal
setting and prioritization * Decision making/problem solving  Excellent verbal and written
communication skills  Strong interpersonal skills  Time management; able to manage many
tasks in defined time frames  Able to work independently with minimal supervision  Budget
tracking * Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel) ** Position will be filled at the Senior
Project Manager or Project Manager depending on experience
