As the Manager of Marketing Programs, you will be responsible for:
·The development, planning, promotion and execution of SDD’s Marketing Programs and the
disposition of prospect and existing customer leads into the sales cycle. These marketing
programs (events, webinars, seminars, webcasts, tradeshows, etc) should be aligned with SDD
revenue goals, product growth focus and introduction of new technology.
·Working with the Direct and Distributor channels to gain their support and participation for
events in their localities including workshops, lunch and learns, and seminars. Also, to
organize local channel support for tradeshows and major customer focused events.
·Interface with web systems teams in regard to posting marketing offers on Mentor.com.
·Follow-up and metrics of success for marketing programs for the purpose of reporting to
management, field accountability of leads, and success measurement for future strategy
·Interacting with Corp. Marketing group to improve lead processes, reporting and metrics.
·Maintenance of SalesNet to keep it fresh and up to date with the latest channel support
materials and information. Content will beprovided by PMMs and Market Development.
In-depth marketing program/project management experience, strong verbal communication skills,
proven ability to work well and collaborate with internal and external contacts at all levels.
Demonstrated success in defining work for others; including the development of objectives,
tasks, activities and execution through team members. The ability to hire, coach, develop team
members to achieve both objectives and their potential. The demonstrated ability to manage both
direct reports and influence through others to achieve objectives assigned. Minimum 5+ years
of working in a fast-paced and results oriented environment. Bachelor’s Degree in EE,
Marketing, finance or related area.
