DESCRIPTION:

Controlled Semiconductor, Inc. (ConSemi) has been recognized as an industry leader in:

JOB PURPOSE:

Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business
relationships. Recruits a stronger distributor and representative network to increase sales
throughout Asia. Works with agents and end-users to close sales.


DUTIES:

* Improve overall sales by planning the delivery of solutions; answering technical and
procedural questions and presenting to end-user and local representatives.

* Identifies trend setter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and
announcements.

* Locates or proposes potential sales opportunities by contacting potential partners;
discovering and exploring opportunities.

* Finds potential sales opportunities by analyzing market strategies and industry trends.

* Closes new sales by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
integrating contract requirements with business operations.

* Maintains accurate sales forecasts from distributors and representatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Able to travel throughout Asia, or be based in Asia.

* Speak/write fluent Japanese, Korean and/or Chinese.

* 5 years experience in the semiconductor and/or LCD industry.

* Proven track record of sales success in Asian marketplace.

* BSME, BSEE or equivalent technical degree.

* Position will be located in Florida or Asia.

* Proficient in required computer software to meet job requirements.

* Position will be located in Florida or Asia.
