exceptional candidate to fill the role of Director of Care Coordination. The ideal candidate
for this position will possess a BSN, a current Massachusetts RN License, a Masters Degree in a
related field, five years of supervisory experience and a minimum of two years experience in
Care Coordination, demonstrated ability to plan, organize and evaluate programs, to analyze
fiscal data and develop departmental budgets. The Director will be responsible for
approximately 60 employees. UMass Memorial was recently accredited by the JCAHO for three
years. Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge of the accredidation
