Provide analytical decision support and develop proposals on key issues for Practice Leaders.
Work closely with Practice and Policy Control team and Contract Manager as liaison to ensure
consistency of reporting, policies and planning. Recommend action plans based on sound
analysis of key business issues.
II. KEY FUNCTIONS:
Determine required levels of analysis needed for all key issues requested by Practice Leaders
to be reviewed. Perform this analysis and/or request assistance on large projects.
Develop recommendations and proposals based on the analysis of key issues analyzed to identify
new revenue and customer opportunities
Prepare and provide written analysis and business forecasts and performance for practice
Conduct meetings to review and analyze bid and proposal activity.
Assist practice leadership in the forecasting and budget development process.
Participate in contract negotiations, execution and closeouts.
REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.
7-10 years of experience in Business Analysis. High level of PC skills in
spreadsheet and database analysis.
