Manage a team of Logistics personnel responsible for the overall distribution process. Scope
includes logistics, warehouse management, inventory management, shipping and receiving,
transportation requirements and relationships with freight/service suppliers. Responsible for
managing and monitoring overall inventory control and accuracy. Identify and update logistics
technology and practices, along with physical facility layout, as our business needs change. 


Develop and implement best-in-class logistics practices to achieve real time receipts and
efficient flow of material from receiving to stock and to the production line. Promote lean
initiatives throughout the Logistics function. 
Define logistics requirements for operation and ensure that implementation of new strategies
and initiatives to effectively meet changing business needs and company goals.

Monitor and control inventory accuracy insuring that the transactions and processes are in
place and adhered to in order to meet business goals. Manage on-going cycle count program and
lead Physical Inventory events.

Ensure compliance on import/export freight classification and develop and recommend plan to
become C-TPAT compliant.

Develop and maintain sustaining process documentation and provide on-going training. Implement
internal audits and/or reporting mechanisms to regularly monitor compliance to procedures. Lead
and motivate Logistics team.



Degree in Logistics or related field preferred with 5-7 years of managerial experience in the
Logistics field working in a high-mix, contract manufacturing business environment that
supports PCA and box-build.  Experience in all aspects of Logistics. Strong knowledge and
experience of material flow and inventory control best in class practices.
