Become a member of AIR's growing Software Services department. Use your knowledge of statistics
and financial models to assist clients in the use of AIR Risk Management software solutions.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Provide prompt, knowledgeable client support to our insurance and reinsurance industry
clients
· Develop expertise in financial modeling and statistical applications related to risk
management software applications
· Assist in development of software quality assurance testplans for use by dedicated QA staff
· Participate in annual AIR Users’ Conferences
· Recommend and document product enhancements and software solutions for insurance industry
customers
· Assist in the coordination of software updates and releases
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
· Working knowledge of statistics and applications of financial models
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to work
in a team environment
· Self motivated and quick learner, with good organization and time management skills
· Commitment to client service
Requirements:
· BS or BA degree in statistics, applied math, actuarial science or engineering
· 2+ years of progressive business experience
· Working knowledge Access, SQL Server or other database applications
· Experience in technical consulting or technical software support preferred |
