Job Description:
PHT is a 110-person, Charlestown-based software company the market leader in the development
of systems that electronically capture patient data for pharmaceutical clinical trials. We are
seeking an admin who would ideally have some exposure to clinical research to join our Client
Services department. It is a demanding position in a fast-paced company. We are a late
stage, venture-backed startup experiencing substantial sales growth and are projecting to
reach profitability within the year.

We sell PDA-based solutions that streamline the clinical trials process. Our products enable
trial sponsors to migrate from manual, paper-based research methods to electronic forms of
data collection, management and analysis. In an era of increasing demand for accuracy and
speed in the drug approval process, we are selling solutions into a large, well-funded
market.

Our product is deployed on a PDA -- typically one of the Palm devices -- which is distributed
to subjects throughout the world for participation in a clinical trial. They also get a modem,
and they use our system to transmit daily diaries to document their experience as a subject in
one of these trials. Please check out our web site for more details, at www.phtcorp.com. The
ideal candidate for this position will be familiar with the challenges presented by clinical
data management and the drug approval process. This is not necessary, but ideal.
