Job Description:
Insight Direct is seeking Software Sales Executives.

As a sales professional at Insight Direct, you will be furnished with prospects in need of our
solution, having come to us pro actively seeking help. Your job is to get them over the speed
bump of indecisiveness and invest in our solution. It is a best of breed application
addressing an untapped market. We are in hyper-growth mode, on pace to double sales every six
months for the foreseeable future. Every hire is new growth, not a replacement. We experience
minimal turnover in our professional sales team.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fun, fast paced dynamic atmosphere, where
performance is expected and handsomely rewarded. Due to the immense market we serve and the
lack of credible competition, our top closers are averaging nearly ten deals per month and are
expected to climb as further automation efforts are implemented. This is a great opportunity
for people who have confidence, experience, and know how to expose a prospect’s challenges and
tie them to the benefits of our solutions. Software background is not strictly required,
however a previous position requiring high volume activity and transactions would lend to a
high level of success in this opportunity, as would a working knowledge of field service
companies. Advancement into management, marketing, or other positions with notable performance
is likely due to organizational growth.


Requirements: 

• Proven closer, able to garner commitment every step of sales process
• Income driven 
• Ability to lead multiple customer sales cycles and close effectively (you are not an order
taker)
• Experience or ability to give online demonstrations using Web conferencing technology
• Ability to quickly learn a new software product and clearly communicate its value
proposition
• Excellent communication skills; clear and articulate
• Solid computer and Internet skills; use of Microsoft Office and CRM tools a must
• Team Player
• Strong ability to actively listen and determine customer’s needs
• Able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment (growing)



Some of your daily duties include tracking and following up with potential clients that have
requested to speak to us, handling inbound sales call inquiries, scheduling and presenting
live demos of our software via web conferencing when necessary, and rapid conversion of
prospects into clients.

This position has an aggressive commission structure. If you have the ability to understand
the transition of software into solutions and communicate this to a potential customer, this
position will offer an excellent income opportunity. Our average person earns around $90K, and
our most successful people in this position earn nearly $150K. However, there is no cap and
there is realistic opportunity for a star performer to far surpass this range. 

Insight Direct is located near the Fleet Center in downtown Boston. We are accessible via
North Station Commuter Rail and the Orange and Green T stops.
