Apex Systems is currently hiring for a helpdesk level I position in the Northern NJ/NY state
area for one of our major clients. The position is looking for someone who has between 3-8
years of helpdesk experience and in a large call center environment. Candidate will be
familiar with troubleshooting, networking, desktop services and phone support. Candidates must
be willing to work on any shift of the 24X7 Schedule. Ideal candidates will have, but not
