Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY 
The Assistant Manager-Retail at FedEx Kinko's fills a leadership role which includes decision
making in area involving customers, team members, operational issues, business planning,
priority setting, creating staff schedules, team member performance appraisals, compliance
with company policies, and assisting the center manager with any and all areas of center
business. The Assistant Manager-Retail is also required to perform all functions normally
performed by the Associate Retail Consultant, Retail Consultant and Senior Retail Consultant.


SCOPE OF SUPERVISION/AUTHORITY Supervises other team members. Performs duties with minimal
supervision by center manager. Must defer decisions involving changes in center procedures to
center manage

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 
High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least one to three years of related experience,
prior supervisory experience preferred 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
