Very busy construction company looking for an accounting assistant / receptionist full time.
This person must possess "great" organization skills along with the ability to multi task.
Prior experience in accounting related to the construction field preferred. Must be
proficient in Microsoft word, excel and quick books.
Job description is but not limited to: Answering busy phone line, scheduling appointments for
owner, certified payroll, requesting bid bonds, filing, accounts payable, accounts receivable,
keeping track of expiring insurance certificates, ordering supplies for office, picking up
plans and specs etc..
