Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides both legal and administrative support in our legal department: coordinates
schedules, arranges business travel, screens incoming phone calls, and performs word
Assistís legal department with preparation of legal documents: Composes NDAís, edits drafts
of contracts, complies data from legal sources, drafts documents for meetings.
Researches laws and may draft minutes.
Maintains file system for legal documents and scan documents as needed.
Arranges the use of conference rooms, set up conference calls, and serves as a contact person
with in the legal department with clients and other attorneys.
Collaborates with various other departments in special projects.
Assists with backup of front desk coverage.

Candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills and administrative skills with a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle multiple projects with flexibility in a fast paced environment.
Detail oriented and good time management.
Excellent MS Office skills: PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information on a daily basis.
4 year of paralegal experience
3 years of administrative experience
Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies
