Responsibilities:  Maintain SAP Sales Rollup Tables:FSE, RSM, Marketplace, Industry Code,
Parent, Tier, Gnostic; Ensure integrity of data; Maintain zip code table/STM account
assignments; "Owner" of Sales Rollup Change process. Function as IT Key Business User and
Focal Point: Project Coordinator; Testing; Documentation; Training; Proactively seek out
simplifications or automation of existing or new processes. Maintain RLDB Table: Distributor
Link changes/updates; STM Process; YCME Table Maintenance. Cleanup - ongoing proactive
maintenance, ensure correct and accurate data: Add POS end customer records as required;
Coordinate activities with Incentive Team. Maintain Integrity of Customer Data: Ensure all new
accounts created are reviewed and corrected; Establish and maintain system of periodic review
of existing accounts to ensure accuracy (ZZZZ, rollup errors, incorrect POS links, etc.);
Correct account data as necessary - correspond with users to ensure they are aware of errors -
assist with training/documentation; Maintain NA Tier/Parent Master List; Assist Sales Systems
Supervisor with projects related to Customer Integrity as needed; Respond to customer account
change requests from Sales/Customer Service. Write and maintain up-to-date documentation for
all of the above processes.  

Requirements:  BS/BA degree preferred. 5+ years - Administrative/Customer Service experience
preferably in a high-tech company (semiconductor industry a plus). Highly experienced with
Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experienced with Database querying
applications, sales data analysis, reporting, pivot-tables. Experience with SAP
configuration/implementation/reporting/functional operation a plus. Excellent communication
skills - both oral and written - previous experience writing functional user documentation
related to sales systems. Familiarity with Analog Devices' Sales organization and customer
base a plus.
