We have opportunities for recent college grads to join our Management Trainee/ Sales Trainee
Program. After four years of sitting behind a desk, you'll enjoy working in our hands-on,
team-based environment and getting out in front of our customers!
The training program begins with placement at a store where formal training in product,
policy, customer service, and operating systems takes place using learning modules and
projects, along with hands-on training. Training continues in the classroom at our Division
Headquarters in Malvern, PA, where you prepare for field assignments as an Assistant Manager
or Entry Level Sales Rep. In these positions, you’ll develop your skills in supervision,
financial management, market planning, and wholesale selling. It is important to note that
our sales branches are company-owned, and 80% of our business is generated from commercial and

All of our new college recruits begin in this position and are promoted from within at a rate

You must be a recent college graduate with a minimum 2.5 GPA. You must be eligible to work in
the United States on a full-time basis, without sponsorship or restrictions. Excellent
communication skills, demonstrated leadership ability, a valid DL, a good work ethic and an
interest to work in an active “roll up your sleeves” type of environment are necessary
qualifications. This is NOT A DESK JOB.
