Job Description:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: RECRUITING

Interviews hiring managers; creates detailed job specs and ROI metrics
Generates resume flow for specific openings (job boards, cold call list for headhunting)
Generates resume flow for good candidates year-round (job fairs, other)
Screens resumes to maximize the efficiency of hiring manager review
Conducts phone screens of good resumes to maximize efficiency of interviews
Schedules interviews internally and externally
Collects and assembles feedback from interviewers and facilitates group decisions
Administers assessment tests, reference checks and background checks
Creates offer letters when requested by hiring managers
Arranges new employee training and orientation
 

 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: OTHER

Creates/manages process for setting goals at hire and at review as requested by managers
Creates/manages process to ensure regular reporting on employee performance vs. goals
Assists managers in creating long-term staff development plans
Arranges training and procures development resource as needed
Coordinates with UCG HR and providers on benefits administration
Coordinates with UCG Accounting on payroll administration
