Manage, motivate and help Membership Directors on a daily basis.
Responsible for the Club maximizing every sales opportunity by making sure that all tours,
information calls and guests are handled according to SCC standards of excellence.
Manage the daily production of staff and follow up on properly and in a timely manner.
Along with General Manager responsible for interviewing, hiring and training all Membership
Conduct weekly Sales meetings with staff.
Create Monthly performance incentives for staff, as well as a system to recognize individual
and team performance.
Along with General Manager, responsible for Membership Directors evaluations.
Manage new member referral and frequency programs.
Maximize marketing opportunities within the Club
Work closely with Reception Manager on critical aspects of the inter-relationship between
Sales and Reception/Business Office. This also includes conducting group and individual
training of Reception/Business personnel as their job relates to the Sales operations.
Make Decisions on commission splits based on the our policies and procedure.
Maintain competition profiles notebook.
w Minimum of three years of successful outside sales experience, meeting
and exceeding all sales objectives.
w Computer skills including data entry and word processing.
w Possession of and ability to use an effective time management system.
w Excellent creative problem solving skills and motivational skills.
w History of being detail oriented & thorough.
