Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in resolve OS Issues, Application issues and some
high-level hardware issues

Performs initial problem diagnosis, logs and resolves problems or dispatches Level II group.

Monitors and manages tickets, ensuring currency of updates and escalating to management as
appropriate.

Maintains on-going communication with customer and support personnel providing timely,
accurate and concise updates and resolutions to problems.

Works on special projects as appropriate

Candidates will be required to cover some 11am-7pm shifts

Some travel may be required

Required Skills:

Experience with Windows OS NT, 2000 and XP
Proven problem solving skills
Ability to be a consistent, dependable performer and team player
Excellent interpersonal skills required
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
One to three years help desk experience
Microsoft Certifications would also be of value
