We are seeking a Senior Property Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operation
of a 500+ unit property, including staff management. Successful candidate must possess
experience and proven skills in marketing, budgeting, credit and collections, employee
supervision and administration. The qualified candidate must possess good understanding and
working knowledge of building systems and a working knowledge of federal, state and local
housing laws. College degree and/or CPM designation preferred with a minimum of five years
property management experience, including management of residential site(s) with over 500
