As a Red Wing Shoe Store Manager, you will be the leader of a store team that serves,
welcomes, and advises customers. Your key roles are sales leadership, motivating your store
team and managing the financial health of the store.
Promote and support the high quality Red Wing brand image through professional selling.
Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications, to customers.
Knows the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products.
Ensure that every customer receives the highest level of customer service.
Reinforce the importance of comfort and service by professionally fitting every customer with
the proper footwear.
Build a strong industrial base of customers, both on an individual basis and through
business-to business relationships.
Motivate the sales team to reach and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Take pride and responsibility for overall sales and financial performance of the store.
· Inspire others with enthusiasm and positive energy and set a comfortable environment
for customers and store employees.

Proven retail management responsibility working with budgets and sales goals.
Dependability and flexibility with scheduled work shifts.
High school diploma (or GED) and two years of retail supervisory experience.
