Job Description:
Responsibilities:


Produce legal documents, correspondence and other materials

Process client invoices using Timeslips

Answering telephones

Set up files and maintain filing system

Special projects including scheduling clients and answering client inquiries

Other miscellaneous duties


Requirements:



Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, legal background is a plus but not essential

Excellent work management/organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

Candidate must be client-service and deadline oriented

Possess skills to operate office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, telephones and fax
machines

Be proficient with MS Word; knowledge of ACT is a plus 

Type at least 55 wpm
