The Stock Plan Administrator is responsible for assisting in the administration of our global
equity incentive plans.
-Assist in the administration of multiple option plans including grant processing, exercises,
recordkeeping, termination verification, and accounting/payroll/tax report preparation.
-Facilitate daily exchange of information with E*Trade (import and export of option and ESPP
-Maintain the employee stock database in an outsourced environment.
-Manage insider trading windows tracking and communications.
-Assist in financial regulatory compliance initiatives
-Identify process improvement opportunities and set up new equity related processes.
-Update information and run monthly/quarterly/weekly reports.
-Manage the semi-annual employee stock purchase program including all enrollments,
terminations, purchases, and distribution of shares.
-Respond to and resolve issues related to stock administration.
-Responsible for Monthly Reconciliation of E*trade Corporate Account
-Provide assistance with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.
-Work on special projects as assigned.
-Prior experience with E*Trade Equity Edge 5.0 or higher.
-Bachelorís degree and 2-3 years experience related to global equity plans, including
knowledge of non-qualified and incentive stock options, restricted stock awards, and stock
-Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities.
-Strong PC skills with MS Office.
-Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems (SAP preferred).
