We currently have a Technician position available located at a top notch client in the
Columbia, SC area.
The most important responsibility of the Site Supervisor is to develop and maintain a positive
working relationship with the client on site and provide impeccable customer service at all
The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for all monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial
reporting as well as all invoicing and monthly reports to our client.
Additionally, the Site Supervisor will be responsible for all staff. Responsibilities to the
staff will include hiring and training, as well as giving daily direction and performance
objectives. The manager will also be responsible for long-term development and promotion of
employees at the site.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Provide daily coverage for 2 receptionists for breaks and lunches and full days for vacation
Maintain corporatej standards for meeting rooms.
Set up meeting rooms with chairs, tables, and AV equipment as required; installs and removes
moveable partitions of the Great Room.
Assists with food services, as needed.
Provides backup to other Lanier professionals, which includes the following items:
- Moving services within bank space (i.e. furniture, files, and supply items).
- Perform minor repairs for furniture and office equipment.
- Replace ceiling tiles as needed.
- Assist with exhibition installations.
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
1-3 years management experience.
High School Graduate.
Proven track record of customer satisfaction and outstanding customer service skills.
