Job Description:
QUALIFICATIONS: 

High school diploma
1-2 years prior office experience
Computer literacy, including working knowledge of Windows, including NT Desktop, Excel,
Outlook and PowerPoint
Strong customer service skills
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
Detail oriented
 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Answer all incoming telephone calls and voice mail systems 
Maintain working knowledge of the Regional Support Center (RSC) systems (Seibel, SIMS, Agent
Snapshot) 
Open, date stamp, sort, copy distribute and file all incoming mail 
Prepare the outgoing mail for evening drop-off 
Generate all correspondence per RSC Leader 
Maintain all office and BTS supplies inventories 
Produce & distribute all weekly & monthly reports for the sales team, Regional Sales Managers
and District Leaders 
Order business cards and product forms for agents; Maintain a safe, professional and neat work
environment 
Print and distribute leads to DLs and agents 
Other tasks as assigned
