WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2-5yrs of construction experience. In
order to qualify you must have either worked for a GC or a reputable sub-contractor. In
addition a bachelors degree would be looked upon highly. Our clients understand that most
people DO NOT want to be an assistant forever, therefore it is in their intention to move
people up to the project manager position sooner than later in order to keep people
stimulated. All you need to do is APPLY and one of our seasoned career consultants will get
back to you with a game plan that makes sense for you. We WILL NOT send your information to
ANYONE without your PERMISSION.

Our client offers the following benefits: Competitive Salary(50-70K), Full Health coverage,
401K, Flex Benefits, vacation time, car allowance, etc.

Please feel free to contact us at directly at: resumes@cojoinc.com or fax us your information
to 617.224.1119. Trust me when I tell you that it is in our best interest to keep all dealing
STRICTLY confidential. Feel free to send a RESUME and a PROJECT LIST to the email address

WHY SHOULD YOU CONTACT CONSTRUCTIONJOBS?

Bottom line...We have an honest approach to the business where even if you are not a match we
will still take the time to point you in the right direction. Most importantly, we have
developed concrete relationships with the decision makers in the industry which gives you
access to several of the most sought after positions that in most cases are NOT posted in the
newspaper or on-line. More times than not our competition will not have access to these same
positions. We can confidently say this due to the numerous relationships we have been able to
effectively develop over the years with what we consider the A players in the construction
industry.

We look forward to hearing from you and helping you find the right position that makes sense
for “YOU”.
