The Marketing Communication Manager will manage the marketing of iEmployee products to new
prospects and current clients by creating marketing strategy and efficiently executing it.
Will manage the team of 4 marketing associates (in USA & in India).

 
 
Duties to Include (but are not limited to):
  

 Create marketing strategy and execute it by leading a team of four marketing professionals.

Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads using various techniques including search engine
optimization, paid listings, sponsored listings, online advertising, trade shows, seminars,
reference program, tell-a-friend, mass mail, mass emails, seminars and others. 
 

Collaterals: Create brochures, literature, website, white pages and competitor information
that helps sales team in closing deals. Developing sales and marketing collateral including
white papers, technical data sheets and software demos. 
 

Launch: Launch new products through special programs, weekly newsletters and internal
trainings. Creating promotional programs to reinforce the iEmployee brand  to current clients.
Planning and executing marketing launches and coordinating product releases including
timelines, package contents, customer communications, internal (sales and engineer staff)
support and training, etc. 
 

Attending and presenting at trade shows and user conferences. Involves traveling throughout 
USA to meet clients as well as attend shows. Estimate traveling 3-4 days/month.
 

Managing the advertising agency, Public Relation, magazine articles, press releases and other
media. 
 

Manage outsourcing of a number of marketing activities to office in India. Involves travel to
India once or twice in a year for a couple of weeks.
 
 
Qualifications:
 Strong understanding of the Human Resource industry or similar professional software
marketplace. 
Minimum 3 years experience in software marketing or equivalent role. 
Excellent Documentation Ability. 
Strong interpersonal skills for working with teams across the company including on- and
off-shore software development, sales, marketing, and operations. 
Education in Computer Science and/or Marketing.
