Entegee the technical staffing division of MPS Group (NYSE as MPS) seeks a dynamic person to
work within the recruitment operation of our company. A technical recruiter is responsible for
the qualification and development of a technical workforce to be placed on contract technical
job assignments. Entegee temporary employees work within Massachusetts and New Hampshire
companies as well as other New England sites. Through intensive use of the telephone you will
qualify the abilities, employment status and personality attributes of diverse technical
people working within numerous manufacturing, design-drafting and engineering disciplines.
Although this position is entry-level you must possess certain abilities to be successful. You
must have an agressive, assertive personality but be able to communicate with people in a
manner that builds relationships. The ability to learn quickly and have an excellent memory
are critical to your success. A mentoring environment exists in the group with senior level
people who will assist your learning process with respect to technical terminology and job
disciplines but you must be able to retain what you are exposed to.
Excellent verbal communication skills are required to describe assignments, negotiate
compensation, complete reference screening processes. Strong writing skills are required to in
order to best present a candidates credentials.
