The PRODUCT MANAGER position is a new growth position reporting to the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities include managing the major retail customer/product group consistent with the
company’s objectives and strategic direction. Maintain the various areas of customer/product
management including profitability identify and analyze market trends, new product
development, product improvements, packaging, customer programs, promotions, coordinate the
creation, printing and distribution of sales collateral.

Minimum Bachelors degree. Two to three years experience in the marketing department of a
consumer products company is preferable. Strong analytical ability. Strong spreadsheet
skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Highly motivated and creative
self-starter willing to take ownership for the timely results of a product category.
