Responsibilities: Exciting and challenging position executing Analog Devices key customer
quality automotive support strategy. We are looking for an experienced Customer Quality
Engineer that will serve as part of the Key Customer Support Team, managing automotive quality
expectations by serving as the 'Voice of the Customer'. Responsibilities of this position
include : aid in fully understanding key customer automotive expectations and working with the
appropriate organizations within Analog Devices to develop strategies, systems and procedures
to optimize these expectations. Provide support on regular progress updates both internally to
Analog Devices Management and externally to our key customers on progress to goals. Of
particular interest will be: 1) the support of management and communication of quality issues
and improvement activities and 2) managing all factors that our key customers considers
extremely important to doing business with Analog Devices.
Specific responsibilities would include:
Identify, understand, manage and improve satisfaction scorecards
Regular visits to customer sites to understand customer needs and communicate progress on
improvement initiatives Frequent interaction with Analog Devices Product Lines to assure
consistency of communication strategy and provide awareness of improvement activities
Frequent interaction with Analog Devices Manufacturing organizations to communicate customer
needs, support the definition of improvement strategies and define the appropriate
communication of improvement activities to the customer and product lines
Actively use quality engineering principals to aid in problem solving
Up to 25% travel required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills critical
Requirements: Thorough knowledge of ADI's business and systems.
Knowledge of ADI's Quality and Manufacturing Organizations.
Experience with Business Culture in Germany and Europe.
Written/spoken knowledge of German language helpful
