Job Description:
We have an immediate opening in our Boston office for a highly motivated, high energy, detail
oriented HR or administrative professional with a minimum of three years experience to assume
the role of Human Resources Coordinator.



Working with two Human Resources Managers, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



Coordinating legal staff performance review processes 
Conducting legal staff orientation and departures 
Assisting with firm-wide attorney mentoring programs 
Coordinating law student co-op program 
Managing summer intern program; processing bar dues 
Assisting with paralegal recruiting 
Coordinating meetings 
Assisting with special projects

Position requires:


Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
Experience in effectively handling sensitive and confidential information 
Outstanding interpersonal, written and oral communication skills 
Expertise in collecting and analyzing data creatively and efficiently, particularly with Excel

Excellent time management and organizational skills 
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with limited supervision 
A Bachelor's Degree 
Minimum of 3 years HR or Coordinator experience

Position prefers:


Law or professional services firm experience 
Paralegal experience
